Oluwakemi Oni

Founder & Director

Oluwakemi is a mother, a social impact advocate, and the heart behind Afrobility Family CIC. She brings lived experience of raising a child with additional needs, giving her a personal understanding of the challenges, emotions, and determination involved in navigating the SEND journey.

She founded Afrobility to create a culturally understanding and supportive space where African and Caribbean families can feel seen, heard, and connected. Her work focuses on reducing stigma, strengthening parent networks, improving access to trusted information, and helping families feel more confident when advocating for their children.

Oluwakemi also brings experience in community engagement, family support, administration, project coordination, and health and social care.

Through Afrobility, she is committed to building a community where no family has to navigate the SEND journey alone.

Joseph Johnson

Director

Joseph is an experienced transformation and programme leader with a background spanning healthcare, technology, finance, and organisational change.

He currently works as a Transformation Lead within the NHS at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he supports major digital and service improvement programmes aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery, improving efficiency, and enhancing patient outcomes.

Before moving into healthcare transformation, Joseph led complex technology and business change projects for multinational organisations across the UK, Europe, and the United States, including work connected with National Grid and Centrica.

At Afrobility Family CIC, Joseph brings strategic leadership, governance experience, and a strong commitment to community impact. He is particularly passionate about innovation, mentorship, leadership development, and initiatives that improve the wellbeing of children, families, and communities.

Alongside his professional work, Joseph serves as a pastor and mentor, supporting others to grow in confidence, purpose, and leadership.

Ayotomiwa Ayodele

Director

Ayotomiwa Ayodele is a Director of Afrobility Family CIC, bringing extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, project coordination, and health and social care.

With a strong background in supporting individuals and families, Ayotomiwa is passionate about creating inclusive communities where people feel valued, respected, and empowered. She is committed to improving access to information, strengthening partnerships, and developing initiatives that make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with SEND and their families.

Alongside her work in health and social care, Ayotomiwa has experience in business development, programme coordination, and supporting organisations to deliver high-quality, people-centred services. She believes that collaboration, compassion, and strong community relationships are key to creating lasting social impact.

As a Director of Afrobility Family CIC, Ayotomiwa is dedicated to helping build a trusted organisation that advocates for African and Caribbean families, promotes inclusion, and ensures that no family has to navigate the SEND journey alone.

Christopher Osime

Volunteer

Christopher is a dedicated mental health professional, finance specialist, and creative entrepreneur who is passionate about supporting individuals and strengthening communities.

With a background in Banking and Finance and further studies in Project Management, Christopher has built a diverse career spanning finance, healthcare, and community service. His professional experience includes working in mortgage investment and housing finance, alongside several years supporting individuals through his work in mental health.

Beyond his professional roles, Christopher is the founder of a digital photography and imaging business, using creativity to capture stories and connect with people in meaningful ways.

As a volunteer with Afrobility Family CIC, Christopher brings compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to improving the wellbeing of children and families. He is passionate about creating positive community impact and believes that everyone deserves to feel supported, valued, and included.

Omoseye Dele

Volunteer

Omoseye is an experienced data governance and project management professional with more than 12 years of experience across regulatory compliance, policy implementation, procurement, and supply chain management.

Throughout her career, she has supported organisations to strengthen accountability, improve processes, manage risk, and make better-informed decisions. She is particularly skilled at bringing different teams together, identifying gaps, and developing practical solutions that improve performance and organisational effectiveness.

As a volunteer with Afrobility Family CIC, Omoseye brings strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills. She supports the organisation's commitment to transparency, responsible governance, and sustainable community impact.

Omoseye is passionate about using her professional experience to help organisations grow with purpose and create trusted outcomes for the families and communities they serve.

Yvonne Akiding

Volunteer

Yvonne is a sustainability and impact strategy professional with experience helping organisations create meaningful social and environmental value through responsible leadership, community engagement, and sustainable development.

Her work centres on improving community wellbeing, strengthening long-term resilience, and supporting organisations to design programmes that are practical, inclusive, and built to last.

As a volunteer with Afrobility Family CIC, Yvonne contributes strategic insight into social impact, sustainability, and programme development. She is especially interested in helping the organisation measure its impact, strengthen its long-term plans, and develop community initiatives that remain effective as Afrobility grows.
